Sorting ourselves out into different groups

Once the presentations had all been done and the theme had been chosen we seperated ourselves up into different groups. These were web design, graphics and exhibition. I went into the exhibition section and my tasks were to be in charge of all money and contact local authorities such as newspapers radio stations etc.

Emails and telephone calls were exchanged with various authorities but the majority of them either didnt reply or they said contact them with more information closer to the time. The follwing text is the email which was sent to various authorities around the county.

To whom it may concern,

We are 3^rd year students studying Multimedia, Animation and Web at Anglia Ruskin University, Chelmsford. You are being contacted on behalf of our fellow peers.

Week commencing 9^th May 2011 we are holding an exhibition at the Chelmsford campus of Anglia Ruskin University. We would like to invite you to this event. If you would be willing to take this opportunity to come and support your local community we would be extremely grateful.
